Natural Hair Conditioner!

This takes GUNK out of your hair, and makes your hair silky smooth and at the cost of PENNIES!

Trust me, I had gunk and build-up in my hair, and then tried this and it WORKED!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- a bottle
- one cup vineger (apple cider is best)
- two cups water

pour everything in the bottle. After shampooing and rinsing well, pour the vinger either in your hands or, if you have a squeeze bottle, into your scalp all over and massage gently. Leave it on for 5 minutes, rinse well so that the smell goes out. Make sure you avoid getting in your eyes, although I have gotten a little in mine, and it wasn't as painful as getting shampoo in your hair and it only lasted a couple of seconds to be honest so I wouldn't worry.

Enjoy!

Introduction and Sea Salt Scrub!

Hello there!

I won't bore you with a long introduction. I will get straight to the point: this blog is for those of you looking for natural solutions, DIY stuff, and all that good stuff!

So today, I will start off with a simple face scrub recipe!

Think of the scent of the salty sea, it's lovely breeze, the feeling of wind in your hair and the sun on your face! That is the secret to this scrub recipe! A hint of sea salt, a touch of sweet scent, a bit of freshness and a pinch of spice!

What you will need:
-a small container - not too big, you will want to make a fresh batch every time!
-a popsicle stick - or a spoon, i think the popsicle stick makes me feel like I'm in a spa...
-1 tablespoons of fine sea salt (the coarse one will damage your skin if you're not very careful with it, but if you wish, you can use coarse, just make sure you rub very very gently (you may also substitute sugar if you wish!)
-1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
-about 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
-about a 1/12 of a teaspoon of/ a very small drop of lemon essential oil (or any other essential oil you like that is non-irritating!)

Mix it, but not too much, you dont want the salt to dissolve (if your using coarse salt, this won't be a big deal!)
Gently work it on your skin, and rinse off, pat dry and that's that!

Enjoy!
